Beyond Art

We have just experienced one of the most unexpected, profound, life-changing events ever to touch our family. It will forever affect the balance of our lives.  As a mother, there is no greater heartache.

Though heart-broken, I have faith in the divinity of man and a loving God who is mindful of us and our loved ones.  Yet, today, art is not about art, but about loving, tender memories on paper. Art encompasses beauty and joy, but at this moment, these only remind me of the deep, gut-wrenching pain and longing for my son.

We miss you beyond belief.

  1. Lillian,
Your tender, compassionate words paint a picture that we can feel. We send our love, support, prayers and a hug.

There are no words to convey the feelings I have for you and your family Lillian. I think of you often, of the strength and the faith you have while you are adjusting to something I would consider impossible. God bless you and your family with comfort. I know you know Paul is only gone from here – not forever. He is always your special son.
I love you Lillian, wish I could carry some of this burden for you.

  3. Life will never be the same without Paul, but everything you learned from and shared with him while he was here on Earth will never be lost.
